New media content is released frequently on the website. Registered users are emailed when a new or updated media item is placed on the website. Please visit the website at regular intervals to ensure that the messages you display remain fresh and topical.

4 Is there any limit on how many videos I can add to a playlist?

There is no limit on the number of videos you can add to a playlist.

The running time of the Playlist is displayed as you add or remove items.  There is no recommended playlist length, but if you want your patients to see all the Envisage videos you are displaying you may wish to match the length of your playlist to your average patient waiting times. Alternatively if you’re looking to use a wide range of videos, there is no maximum length for a playlist.

5 Why can I not add media to my playlist?

Please ensure that you have selected your playlist on the right hand side and you can see the contents of your playlist. The add buttons will now be enabled.

6 How do I update the information in My Templates?

Select My Templates in the menu area, then select edit on the template you wish to update.

7 Can I upload Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations?

PowerPoints need to be saved in video format before uploading to the Envisage Coda system. For customers using Powerpoint 2010 or later you can save your presentation as a video file (WMV) from within the PowerPoint application. For customers using old versions of Microsoft PowerPoint (2007 or earlier) we offer a special conversion tool – please contact our Technical Support Team for advice. Take a look at our easy step user guide on how to save Powerpoint presentations as a video file.
